To systematically generate, curate, and disseminate evidence-based pharmacy knowledge that empowers practitioners, informs health policy, and strengthens the academy's role in Nigeria's health ecosystem.

Charter Objectives

  • Establish NAPharm as a centre of excellence for pharmacy knowledge production in Nigeria
  • Promote evidence-based practice through accessible, high-quality publications
  • Amplify the voice of pharmacy in national health policy and development discourse
  • Nurture emerging pharmacy scholars and thought leaders through mentorship and publication pathways
  • Foster international visibility for Nigerian pharmacy scholarship

Board Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight for all NAPharm publications and editorial output
  • Champion evidence-based pharmacy practice through rigorous peer-reviewed content
  • Develop and maintain publication standards aligned with international best practices
  • Facilitate cross-sectoral collaboration with academic, clinical, and regulatory bodies
  • Produce the Annual Publication Calendar and drive timely delivery of content
  • Oversee the NAPharm Journal, Quarterly Policy Papers, and thematic position statements
  • Support advocacy efforts through strategic white papers and policy briefs
